Interview Advice
Lack of preparation for interviews can be a common oversight and is very easily avoided.
- Take the appropriate time to research the organisation
- Make sure you understand their business and main competitors
- Read the job spec thoroughly and recognise how your experience makes you a suitable candidate
- Review the performance of the company and any recent or relevant press releases
- Be prepared to ask questions too!
