The appointment is to work as a General Partner offering services across accounting and audit, tax and corporate finance. The portfolio of current and potential business is diverse, covering a broad spectrum of sectors with clients ranging from start ups to listed companies.
The appointee will currently be a senior member of staff in perhaps a top 50 firm or a Partner in a smaller firm who wishes to work in a more dynamic and progressive organisation. A qualified chartered or certified accountant, you will bring an entrepreneurial approach and existing client portfolio to the table. You will have a keen desire to develop business opportunities in the Southern Home Counties and be ambitious and ready to compete for significant business wins over other mid tier firms including the Top 10 and well established smaller firms.
Salary
The remuneration package will reflect the candidate's level and client following. Senior Managers and Salaried Partners will receive a competitive package and a real opportunity to progress to an Equity Partner with a profit share scheme and benefits which do demonstrate this firm's commitment to their employees.
